Submit a film

With two short and feature films competitions, MCM shines a light on young cinematographers and musical composition for screen. Every year, 10 feature films and close to 70 short films are selected and compete for several prizes, including the two Best Original Score Awards.

The 2025 edition will take place from March 24th to 29th in Marseille, submit your film now for a chance to be selected and awarded.

Feature film competition

To be eligible your film must :

be a 1^st, 2^nd or 3^rd feature film
imperatively have an original score
run more than 60 minutes
have been completed after September 2023

Short film competition

To be eligible your film must :

be a 1^st, 2^nd or 3^rd film
have an original score or a specific work on the sound of the film
run less than 30 minutes
have been completed after September 2023

Submissions are now closed.

Thank you so much for submitting your films, the results will be known in January, 2025.
