Opening Night

Kicking off with passion and purpose

To launch this 26th edition of the Festival, we invite you to discover On vous croit by Arnaud Dufeys and Charlotte Devillers. A powerful and necessary film that gives voice and invites listening, setting the tone for a week of cinema driven by commitment and emotion.

The opening night is more than just a screening—it marks the beginning of six vibrant days where film and music intertwine and echo one another. With premieres, cine-concerts, master classes, and professional encounters, this edition promises a rich and dynamic program, open to all. A celebratory moment where we come together to share a common passion.

Before the screening, Festival President Jacques Sapiéga and General Delegate Gaëlle Rodeville will take the stage to highlight this edition’s key moments and the spirit that guides it. A not-to-be-missed first gathering, under the banner of discovery and exchange, to collectively celebrate the magic of cinema and musical creation.

After the screening, everyone is invited to continue the evening at Blum, where artist Marina Rabita will take over the decks as part of the special carte blanche given to the label Chinese Man Records. A perfect way to extend the night in a festive and musical atmosphere, bringing together festivalgoers, artists, and guests to celebrate the start of this new edition.

Alice (40) can't afford to make a mistake in front of the judge. She must ensure her children's voices are heard—terrified at the thought of seeing their father again. But today, it's not just about the father. Now, Alice herself must answer to justice. A breathtaking performance, both in acting and directing.
